We currently offer Standard Delivery  only  (5-7 business days). Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take one business day to become active.  

****Due to Covid-19 situation, some shipments may be delayed.****

Exceptions and restrictions

Express Delivery is not available. There is no delivery on holidays. Nana & Nina can only provide tracking information to initial point of delivery. Please contact your local USPS for additional tracking information.

International Shipping

Charges

The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment. Your total shipping charges (US dollars) will appear during the Checkout process, before payment is entered. 

Who Pays for Duties and Taxes?

Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office You may be contacted by your local carrier prior to delivery, to settle any outstanding duties, taxes or fees.

Customs

Goods shipped internationally, please note that you are responsible for assuring the goods can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Nana & Nina , the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Return / Refund Policy

We can only accept returns from purchases that were made on mundonananina.com. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via email: nananinalopez@gmail.com, and we will be happy to help. You have 30 days to return your product after receiving it . We will only be accepting returns for damaged items and wrong orders received at this moment.

To start a return, you may contact us via email explaining the reason for returning the item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, at no cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to thirty days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Please contact your bank for any questions.

Discounted items are FINAL SALE. Final sales items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

If a wrong order is received: If we made an error on shipping out the wrong product, please notify us via email within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will send you instructions on how  we will be sending the correct item. 

If you receive a damaged shipment and or/ items: If you received item(s) that were damaged during transit to your destination (opened box, water damage, etc), or damaged products (artwork or pages missing, item defective, ect), please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order. Send us an email with the following:

  • Full name used when placing order

  • Billing address

  • Order number

  • Images of the damaged products. 

At time of delivery, if the packaging appears to be damage on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier, and let us know immediately via email providing the information above.
